Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee or reservation of any specific puppy. Availability changes quickly, and a puppy shown on our website may no longer be available by the time you complete an application or inquiry.

Submitting a puppy application through our website does not guarantee placement of a puppy. All applications are reviewed by the Hoover family, and we reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
Factors we may consider include, but are not limited to: living situation, household composition, prior pet experience, references, and our assessment of the overall fit between the applicant and our puppies.
We may contact you to ask follow-up questions as part of the review process. Submission of an application indicates your willingness to participate in that process.
Being added to our waitlist means you are being considered for a future litter — it does not guarantee that a puppy will be offered to you.
Once a puppy match has been confirmed and you have agreed to move forward, a deposit of $500 is required to secure your puppy.
Full payment terms, including the remaining balance and payment schedule, will be outlined in a separate Purchase Agreement provided at the time of placement.
All puppies sold by Pardon My Frenchie come with a one-year congenital health guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to the full terms and conditions outlined in our Purchase Agreement.
The health guarantee is provided in the Purchase Agreement only and is not governed by these Terms of Service. Nothing on this website constitutes a complete representation of the health guarantee.
